Court filings from the battle between GTA 6 studio Rockstar and fired workers have revealed how Rockstar accessed a Discord server set up by union organisers.

    To what extent are these union-related communications considered privileged/confidential? I thought this kind of surveillance was reasonably illegal in most countries (although it obviously still happens)
