I think what’s in question is whether the wifi dongle is widely supported. It might require some manual configuration at first.
It seems odd they wouldn’t prioritise that considering how hard they’ve been pushing Linux/SteamOS.
The wifi dongle was demonstrated via the Steam Frame in the “first look” videos.
It’ll work in Linux.
