Why are you asking if your response to every example use case is “that’s just a novelty”? All games are novelties in one sense or another. What are you looking for?
Like something with a narrative or maybe simulation or strategy. But “racing except VR” is just a novelty for me. I guess what I mean is not arcade style games that exist just to be fun/addicting.
I’m not against that sort of thing by any means it’s just not enough to justify buying it for me.
“Narrative but VR”, “simulation or strategy but VR” sound like novelties to me.
I don’t think VR is for you mate, and that’s okay.
