    Most real estate conglomerates are run by 30-40 year old MBAs looking for return on investments so they can get a big bonus. They set the market. They are not boomers.

          That’s categorically untrue. The rules have been semi-fluid and evolving since the real estate market became a thing.

            The real estate market became a ‘thing’ with John Jacob Astor in the 1830s. And yes investment rules change.
