Antlers fall off and grow back every year, surgery would be unnecessary. This is illogical.

In that case, you would want a antler-preventative, not a removal. They would remove on their own.

That is definitely the most unrealistic part of this. And I, for one, am outraged.
Perhaps the artist meant to imy the surgery is to remove the roots and permanently stop regrowth of antlers.
