It's official: Luxembourg legalises cultivation and consumption of cannabis at home

It's official: Luxembourg deputies greenlit a bill on Wednesday that allows for limited cannabis cultivation and consumption at home.

This is the first step taken by Luxembourg towards full legalisation.
