Saying “oh we’ll let some blacks in” isn’t a helpful solution

It’s a hell of a lot better than “Oh well, let’s keep the black out”. It’s weird that you think the previous explicit exclusions was somehow better than AA.

I have always thought admissions taking into account economic situations using something like school zip code based demographics has always made more sense than simply “race”.
