Wow, I hope Paul can defeat the Harkonen, he could do some real good in the galaxy. What they really need is to put their faith in a charismatic leader.
Also, I’m sad that Duncan Idaho died. I feel like if he lived there’s no chance he would become insufferable in the distant future.
I dunno about this one to be honest. I appreciated the OG for what it was, and seeing part 1 of this new series it just feels like they didn’t understand or care for the roots of the franchise. For lack of a better word it feels hollywoodized, and thus I’m not all too interested in part 2.
I honestly struggled to sit through the first part in the cinema which has never happened before. Every time I hoped it was going to end it dragged out more.
Hopefully the second part is easier to watch. Had high hopes for these moves as someone new to the franchise!
