I’m still going to stay with the new way but it’s amazing they listened and changed it so fast.
I rarely change watch faces, so I don’t care either way. Happy for the people that complained about it constantly
Shocked but very happy. Why they didn’t roll this out as a toggle to begin with is beyond me.
How do u turn it off? Cause I hate it
Just curious. Why do you hate it?
Cause I always accidentally swipe to a different face when I don’t want to
I also won’t be switching back, but it is pretty cool of them. Now, if only every interface change could be optional!
They will bring it back in 10.2. The current version is 10.1.1, so they didn’t bringt it back yet.
Oh great. I stopped changing faces because of this.
I am so happy to have it back. I didn’t realize how much I missed it was reverted.
New way is better. I turn that auto night mode 💩 off. Make a duplicate in night mode and long press and pick when I want it. Then for other faces during times of day I have focus setups and depending on needs use automation times in shortcuts to turn on and off.
Can someone explain what the problem is? There’s a second delay on 10.1 to change faces so you can’t do it by accident like before. What’s changed (changing)?
The traditional way of changing faces was a swipe left or right. With watch OS 10 Apple changed that to touch and press screen then swipe left or right.
I prefer it now. It was daft before. I’d move my sleeve to look at my watch and have a different face.
yeah . 👍 i change depend on usage. . now just one .cant wait new version is up(not prefer beta version even i can access it )
How do i change it? I can’t find it on the new beta
On your watch go to settings>clock
I like the option of not having to press before swiping.
I think I’ve had 5 watch faces in the two and a half years I’ve had my watch. The swiping thing annoyed me because I’d brush the watch and it would change faces. So, I’ve been happy with the change. I do think it would be great if they made it so we could turn that option on or off, depending on our taste.
