Work Focus
Your focus session/mode. Go into settings and search focus
The focus mode “Work” is active. In the settings, you can find “focus” and see the list of all your focus mode. You can also go to the control center and enable/disable a focus mode
Swipe down from top right corner, you will see the same turned on(colorful), tap on it again to turn it off
This is focus mode “Work” that is enabled.

It means there’s a focus mode active. It’s been asked so many times. I literally just googled it and it was the first result I find it hard to believe you couldn’t find anything about it. You can change focus mode in control centre.

These kinds of posts always confuse me. You enabled the focus mode yourself, and then you ask what the icon means…
Highly doubt you actually googled it considering this is one of the most basic features of iPhone now
It’s just the icon that tells you work focus is on.
