I already use Firefox with ublock origin and badger. I have a Plex server being hosted and I have a network VPN set up that I set up. What else should I do?

Email aliases, password manager, debit card disposables, and put in fake info on websites. Anything more is unnecessary, unless you do high level work

Try to strip away as much of big tech in your life as possible (Facebook, Google, Amazon, Netflix, Microsoft, Apple, etc) and switch over to as many open source alternatives as possible (iOS/Android -> LineageOS/CalyxOS/GrapheneOS, Windows/MacOS -> Linux, Gmail/Outlook/iCloud -> ProtonMail/Tutanota, WhatsApp/FB Messenger -> Signal/Telegram, Google Maps/Apple Maps -> Organic Maps) etc.

Just got moves over to graphene. Took me a bit to get my provider set up on it so I can communicate with people I need

Mainly opsec. Check out anonymousplanet, bunch of good information there. You should also checkout Extreme Privacy by Michael Bazzell; it mainly focuses on IRL privacy, but it does talk about online privacy.

The main ones for me were looking at big tech companies, and getting away from it. Google -> DuckDuckGo. Getting away from Facebook, Twitter. WhatsApp -> Signal + Element + Text message. Finding an alternative email provider (proton mail, but not fully migrated). I got myself a Pixel 6a and installed GrapheneOS on it as I wasn’t comfortable on Android any more.

It is a process, and takes time. It’s about understanding the risks, and what you care about, and taking steps to migrate.
