Irrelevant to the question at hand. Either that line from the book of Revelation applies to Revelation only, or to the entire bible when Revelation was written. Given that the Holy Bible wasn’t defined at that point … the latter is impossible.

Rev 22 is applied to the whole Bible by people that actually believe it.
