I don’t claim to know much about this but I guess it pulled a No Man’s Sky and patched in everything that needed to be fixed or added. And it’s half off on steam right now so I’m considering pulling the trigger. Should I?

I don’t think it’s a DLC … It’s a complete game if I’m not wrong 🤔
It’s called a DLC and an expansion everywhere. Then again, The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine was also a DLC, so it’s not out of character for CDPR to make DLCs that are essentially fully new games with new storylines.
