Whoa, never heard the English version before. So interesting that they actually re-recorded the entire song rather than using the original instrumental. Maybe it was worth it to avoid the licensing costs? Might also just be that the fledgling anime dub industry didn’t get that kind of access. Come to think of it, Sailor Moon’s DiC dub also re-recored the OP (original for comparison).
