    I think they have a point, there’s not many music venues designed specifically for large concerts

      One big factor is the 2Billion price tag.

      They will need to sell at least $1 million in tickets every day of the year to start making profits.

        That’s only $365 million. They need to keep that up every day for SIX YEARS to make a return.
