2·26 days agoI’ve actually got a setting/ system that uses this idea as a world building start. Necrobiotic by Penny for a Tale. It’s pretty cool, although i use it as a guide for world creation with DnD games rather then playing in the created system.
The struggle is real though.

Edit: Searched the name instead, got the right place with the same code. Seems like GMaps location code are crap. Not surprised. OP images are still live as of April 10, 7:21am EST
11·2 months agoThat was due in large part to the fully suited scenes being cut from the orginal show. The characters we know in the English version are really a separate cast.
2·2 months agoI see why you choose that method then. I only need to build for forklifts going through large bay doors, so I’m afraid I can’t give good advice for the constraints you have.
Switch to 2x4, make sure the ones on the bottom (known as ‘runners’) are standing on edge. Then use 3" coarse thread screws to attach the slats. We build them like that at my workplace to ship and store drums of material that are 1600 - 8000 lbs per pallet. So unless your machines are more then 2000lbs per square foot, you should be fine. The important part is to mark the center of gravity, NOT the center of the machine. As long as the pallet is lifted at CoG, it should move around just fine.

Lots of people, mostly under 25 from the looks of them, threw buckets of popcorn all over when the Chicken Jockey appeared. The movie was paused by the theater and identified offenders where escorted out.
Honestly people, just control yourselves. This is a kids movie, for crying out loud. It really screams “look at me, I’m a rebel and cool!” in only the most desperate way. I’m glad none of this happened at my local theater, we all just got to enjoy the film and share a laugh or two.

Solving percents. I use this to predict gross and net of my paychecks when I do my budget.
Net X ------ = ------ Gross 100 (GrossX) = (Net × 100) GrossX ÷ (Net × 100) = X Example; 200 X ------ = ------- 250 100 Step A 200 × 100 = 20000 Now 250X = 20000 Step B 20000÷250=80 Therefore X=80 Also expressed as 80% of 250 = 200.It’s also kinda handy when figuring out sales and stuff at the store, sometimes.
