Of course, there’s all sorts of different extracts now, stuff nearing 90% THC levels for some of the concentrates, a lot of edible products that are not labeled well or in bad packaging, or that people use far too much of the first time. I don’t think you can blame any of those things directly on the cannabis personally.

I wish these places made it easier for us to fully delete all our accounts and data on their sites instead of having things like 30 day wait periods for account deletion which is buried under 9 layers of menu on the security dashboard or whatever, let me get my data off your service before it gets hacked. The problem is that when these tools become as easy as writing a prompt it’s no longer just “hackers” it’s just ordinary everyday criminals who can pull this stuff off now, all of the skill required has been removed once again with no guard rails, let’s see what happens this time.

Other people have given much better advice, I am recently out as well but I just want to chime in and say that you’re not alone there and I have felt this way as I have gone through my own journey, I think this feeling may grow with the amount of time it takes to make your realization, you said it was 15 years that is quite a long time living as a straight person or asexual person. There is a book I found at the library which might be of interest to you it’s called Finally Out: Letting go of Living Straight, and it’s written by a doctor who didn’t realize they were gay until later in life (40s) and it goes through a lot of these doubts, it’s not about being trans in particular but the advice is still very applicable for all LGBTQIA+ peoples I think.
