3·3 days agoAI is a huge help to T0 experts and engineers who were already interested but had limited abilities. However, that may not necessarily be the case for most people in the industry. The argument that “AI ate the junior’s marginal value” usually comes from this group: they’re not as good as top programmers, but they’re smarter than those with limited abilities, and they make up the majority of people in the industry.
