That’s not true in my experience. Maybe try to step out of your bubble. To be honest, it sounds a lot like a hurt “Das wird man have wohl nochmal sagen dürfen”. I don’t mean that personal, but that is the vibe I get.
No, not all are like that. But they all accept it
I cannot follow that argument and I think it is a pretty dangerous way of thinking. It means a person is responsible for another, because they belong to the same group. It’s like saying a west German protestant is responsible for the opinions expressed by the evangelical fascists in the US.
And I despise all religion from the depth of my heart.
I am also an atheist, but as I got older, I learned to respect the life decisions of other people and don’t judge them. I am very critical of institutionalized religion. Trust me, fuck islamists. Nevertheless I try to separate a man from his beliefs, and I would never make my muslim neighbor responsible for the suffering radical islamists in the world are doing to people.

PM2.5 is Particulate Matter that can penetrate into your lungs. It is mostly emitted by combustion engines, but in this case it’s from wildfires.
Ich hab mich Ende letzten Jahres bei Bookwyrm angemeldet, ein Dienst im Fediverse bei dem es ums Bücher lesen geht. Ich nutze das mit meiner Freundin um Bücher zu loggen die wir lesen. Haben beide eine Challenge angefangen, wollen dieses Jahr jeder 12 Bücher lesen. Bin jetzt bei 7/12 bisher, fühlt sich super an! Echt motivierend.
P.S.: Bin leider nicht mehr jung und mein Kommentar hat nur so mäßig Bezug zum Artikel, aber schau dir Bookwyrm mal an wenn du mehr lesen willst aber es nicht hinkriegst.
Aber da ist doch ausreichend Pistazien-Aroma drin, das hast du jetzt natürlich nicht rot eingekringelt! AHA!

Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely respect following your interests for whatever reason. It’s nice you found something that inspires you! It’s just that as a European it’s kind of a stereotype that US Americans try to find their roots via DNA genealogy tests to find out they are 15% Irish and claim they have a deep connection to Guiness beer. These tests are mostly bullshit, but somehow it’s kind of a trend in the US for whatever reason. Again, I appreciate people being enthusiastic about things, sorry if I came over too harsh.
