    Me: what’s not working?

    Them: my phone isn’t working.

    Me: which app? What point? BE SPECIFIC!!

    Them: MY PHONE ISN’T WORKING, I CAN’T SIGN IN TO THE APP. IT WON’T LET ME.

    Me: cries

      “what’s the alarm code say?”

    My IT buddy called me stupid once early in my career. I said “heeeeyyyyy, Im not stupid. I just dont know better. Like a puppy!” Now we are good work buddies because I follow his advice and never try to ‘figure it out’. He is a nice guy, I mean… I only made it so no printer in any branch in the whole nation could function for a few hours. Oopsie!
