I’m guess you have to install them from outside the package manager or build them from source, in which case, yeah, using /opt for config would be acceptable. Docker’s config file is located at: /etc/docker/daemon.json

I don’t know what Tenable and Nessus are. I’m guess you have to install them from outside the package manager or build them from source, in which case, yeah, using /opt for config would be acceptable.
