I mean. Having dealt with my black cats, I’m pretty confident that void cat was saying “PICK ME UP! MY GOD, WHY IS IT TAKING YOU SO LONG TO PICK ME UP”
My black kitty does not want be to be picked up, but rather would prefer that you stoop down at a very awkward angle to give him pets at floor level.

I did when I had a job where I had to run around and write quick notes all night! Turns out it’s faster. Same with a curved, capital E etc. Any letter you could write in one or as few strokes as possible.
I mean, that void clearly looks like it has an opinion.
Meanwhile, I got a new desk fan and I don’t know if mine will ever come out from under the bed again 🙄
