There were 4wd versions produced and with a lift they were some of the most versatile vehicles ever made. There’s a reason why militaries added machine guns and artillery cannons to them sometimes. The front truck is wonderful. Put a small lift on it and you can literally go anywhere in north America

Yeah but in my experience with those smaller trucks if you get stuck going forward you’ll almost always be able to back out of it.
