Right under create post is create communitiy. Sometimes it gets stuck loading so you have to refresh the page and try again.

Oh man, we need a sub where you post something, let people comment and then edit the title for the laughter.
Example-
Title: what do you like to do with ice cubes on a hot day?
Comment: I like to rub them all over my face and neck.
Later title edit: what’s the best way to prepare and eat bull testicles?
