Does this really need to involve “ai”? If they are already driving around can’t they just look?
And if they can’t find them that way, then they’re not bothering anyone and should be left alone. This is bullshit profiteering. Hunting down homeless so they can be imprisoned , where they will become slaves.
The intent is likely a self-driving car, self-spotting the homeless. This shit belongs in /c/aboringdystopia .
