“In fact, this task is largely completed. Ukraine is using less and less of its weapons. And more and more it uses the weapons systems that Western countries supply it with.”
So they’ve used up the old soviet weapons and now using modern western weapons.
As for supplying weapons. America is happy to. We are trying to give away tanks like they are kittens!

America doesn’t ‘give away’ weapons, Ukraine will pay for them eventually, just like Israel, SK, Taiwan, and the rest always do.
