Right now to delete a post I need to use the website. I’d love to have better mod tooling in this app.
I think it’s on the roadmap for Jerboa, but the first and only app so far to implement mod tools is Summit for Lemmy

I would love if someone made an issue on GitHub with exactly which modding features you want.
I’m not sure what’s currently available, but stuff like this is pretty important:
- deleting posts
- locking posts
- suspending users
- banning users
- mod mail
- mod priority - e.g. higher mods can kick lower mods
- setting default sort for a given post
- restricting certain types of posts (e.g. text only posts, link only posts)
That’s probably enough to start, though I’ve never modded a large community so I’m not sure what else would be needed.

Why would you want moderating a community to be hard? Completely unmoderated communities almost instantly become Nazi hangouts.
