The problem is, the stupid people are angry, but barely know what they are angry about, so they will latch on to the first person that feeds their anger. Of course, feeding the anger will make things worse, but that doesn’t matter, since it feels good now. Now you have a double problem of the original issue still existing, and half the population asking you to make it worse, and getting mad at you when you don’t.

There are a lot of things to be said about Trump, but we’ve actually had positive headlines regarding genocide heading into his presidency, and it’s no coincidence that the ceasefire in Gaza will go into effect when he takes office.
