  I’m thinking the 2022 mark is Ukraine. Middle of Biden’s term. But the US shipped weapons as gifts.

    The weapons are under the Lend-Lease Act so not gifts. And we’re selling weapons like hotcakes thanks to the invasion (ie. making money.)
