The worst part is that it works. cart before the horse. people well enough to exercise benefit from that exercise but they were well enough to do it in the first place.

I don’t want to sound like a rise-and-grind guy, but when you get a little relief it’s something to keep in mind. It will make that period when you feel okay last a little longer.
