There are literally laws on the books, even in fucking TX, that could be used to put this non-person in prison, or at the absolute minimum take away the remaining children, to be put in homes which do not practice medical neglect. But of course they won’t be exercised even if officials want to do so, because that would be opposing Trump in one of the deepest-red parts of the country.
