Not really? Socialist revolutions don’t come about though individual consumer activism. In fact they are sometimes red herrings driven by the bourgeoisie, like PRODUCT(RED) or carbon footprint.
That is what I thought. Interesting idea that I can just optimize for savings instead of engaging in consumer activism, and donate directly to socialist causes or political parties instead.
I still won’t buy Israeli or American products though.
