The sanctions will target Russia's weapons supply chains, Kremlin-funded information operations, financial institutions and its "shadow fleet".

Someone said he’s waiting cause he told Russia they already regained the whole Kursk region plis other Ukrainians areas which they actually never conquered, so dude is not up with the bs he tells to his people.
