Went there for work, but got some real Cuban rum while there along with some good mole paste. So I am drinking the real Cuba Libre and making some tofu mole tonight. Feeling pretty good right now. What are y’all up to?

    I’m just sitting in a tattoo studio in Budapest about to get a couple gold finches on my arm.

    Is Cuban rum better than Jamaican or Puerto Rican?

      I think it is. The bottle I got is smoother than anything I have had at a comparable price point. Not that I am a real rum connoisseur.

      My ex-girlfriend was able to go and live in Cuba for a few months on some educational visa (only legal way to go to Cuba as a USian, as far as I am aware) and she swore by how much better Cuban rum was.
