I’m not going to post a link to them because I’m not promoting that shit with a ten foot pole, but they’re those ads where a couple of women are shopping and one of them is like “Hey Gemini, tell me what product to buy!” And the AI scans the shelf of products and says “Sure thing bestie, buy that one because its number one with your favorite influencer!” Or some something like that.
They have this weird dystopian vibe to them too. Are marketers going their way to make AI seem as unappealing and creepy as possible?
The AI ads I always get are just grifters shilling how to do basic life tasks with our custom AI! And it describes just putting all your daily tasks into a spread sheet and then letting ai build your weekly schedules for you.
The ones where it promises to make you a better writer is very funny as well. Because it isn’t really making you a better writer now is it? And is it really better? Or is it simply something that might usually be grammatically correct but often will lack any substance to the topic you are writing about.
