You can get a pretty similar experience if you use something like KDE as the desktop (Kubuntu, etc), but don’t be mad if things work a little differently in places, it generally isn’t worse (and is usually better) but it is different.

TuxedoOS is as close as I’ve seen to just out of the box functionality. I’ve been very happy with it
