      there is basically only one wifi vacuum model that can easily be operated without the app, as it’s the only one that has a display. the other ones can’t do any scheduling, or I think even change the vacuum power without the app. of course virtual no-go lines are gone now too. I believe you could use a 3rd party program via USB to schedule these, but most of their wifi vacuum line is too cumbersome to use anymore.

      Seems better for privacy. And if you aren’t there to turn it on, you aren’t there to see the dirt anyway. I do my own floor cleaning but I imagine half the fun is putting up your feet while the robocritter snuffles along doing it for you. And you’d be able to stop it if it ran into trouble.
