I think that when people (hopefully all of us on this website) work to eliminate ableist language from their vocabulary, they end up with many fewer words to describe certain patterns/behaviors negatively.

Whatever accurately describes the target. I use “Evil” a lot.
Not kidding here. Bush wasn’t stupid, he was evil. Cheney wasn’t stupid, he was evil. I can prove that they were evil because they did things that anyone with a basic understanding of the concepts “cause and effect” (so, everyone over the age of 2) could tell were going to murder civilians. They decided that was totally fine, because they don’t care about people’s lives.
It’s an insult but it also cuts beneath the mask and hits upon the truth, much like Maoist Standard English.
