    I’m not sure this condition is even possible in the internet era. It seems no matter how dogshit, how broken down, how shattered and disabled bourgeois democratic systems are, a good percentage read “everything fine and all bad stuff is migrant’s/other party’s fault”, and they’re steadfast in their positions.

    In the majority of western democracies, the eligible voter’s overwhelmingly desired choice is “no vote” or “none of the above”, and they overwhelmingly disapprove of their governments. Yet they’ll still uphold bourgeois democracy as somehow ‘working’ and just think it needs a tweak or two.

    I’m not saying the quote’s necessarily wrong. But I fear that if it’s right, we’ll never have a real revolution again.
