There’s a problem with the plumbing in my shower and my landlady has been quoted £150 to repair it, it’s quite urgent. The shower is unusable. She’s on a pension and in debt and I’m going through a benefit appeal and have a maxxed out overdraft, no way to get the money together.

The problem is, I can’t keep asking for crowdfund-style donations through paypal, if I win my benefit appeal they’ll check the previous 6 months of my bank accounts and it could look suspicious getting lots of donations from various different people. I mean, if multiple people each contributed part of what I need. I know this is a long shot but the least suspicious looking thing I can think of would be if one person was able to contribute the full amount. When they checked my bank account I could say it was a gift from a relative.

So I won’t put my paypal address up here, just, if by any chance anyone is able to come through with this amount, please PM me. I’m going to bed now but will check back in the morning.
