I think there’s some merit to it. You need to fight peacefully to get the support of the population. We’re way past that point though. Riots are the voice of the unheard, and those who make peaceful revolution impossible, make violent revolution inevitable.

I still ran into a “don’t give them what they want, call your reps!” comment on the video of the woman being executed. Some liberals are truly hopeless. (But hopefully the people actually doing the work do a better job wisening up.)
We need more than 20 people at these anti-ICE events. My comrade wisely said: show up alone you get arrested, show up with 100 people you get shot, show up with 100,000 people now we’re talking.
I’ve been to too many of these protests with 5-15 people. Not enough people give a shit.
It’s not at events where shit like this is going to happen. It’s everyday raids. My local NDLON group has 30+ vetted members struggling to keep enough volunteers on the ground at our neighborhood Home Depot to keep watch for the day laborers looking for work there. We have to be there every day from morning to afternoon. Home Depot just installed Flock cameras all over the lot, so they’re going to know when we’re not here. When ICE comes with the numbers they have in Minnesota right now, they’re going to blow right through us. There will never be enough people. We all have to work.
We don’t think it’ll matter, and expect there to be instigators planted by the FBI.
