I would not prove my citizenship, it’s their job to prove I’m not a citizen.
Yeah sure, show them papers so that they will be confiscated, then ICE can claim the person didn’t show any documentation and do whatever the fuck they want (not that proof of citizenship would stop them… Or anything. These thugs will do whatever they want regardless.)

I remember during the Obama administration when my MAGA relative (at that time a Tea-Partier) was scaremongering saying that the government was going to send enforcers telling everyone they come across on the street to show ID and proof of citizenship or else they’ll get sent to a concentration camp.
This person today is cheering all of this on.
You really don’t need to maintain ties with these people, blood doesn’t have to be family.

We need to start cranking out fake ICE badges, then use those to prove ID
Everyone needs to get black khakis, a vest with an ICE patch that has “parody” printed below it in like 6pt font and a black motocross helmet and just start intercepting the people before they get put in their cars and then drive off with them somewhere safe.
Turns out we’re a nation of immigrants. Therefore, everyone’s eligible to be deported.
