If your fleet air defense ship wasn’t able to defend itself against attack from the air because it hadn’t been maintained, that seems like a Moscow problem, not a Kyiv problem.

For what? That’s Russia acting like a kid losing at a board game because the opponent doesn’t let them win.
They use in absentia trials to declare people enemies of the state a lot. The author of the Metro series of books-turned video games has a hefty jail sentence on his head for speaking out against the war, but he fled Russia years ago. At its most practical I guess it’s to thinly justify detaining and abusing them on sight.
He’s literally at war with them! He’s already an enemy of the Russian state as long as it continues its aggression. This is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard.
“This guy is guilty of being super mean to us… Made us look foolish by easily destroying our best ship”
There is some risk that Russia will then have their spies kill that person. They have killed a few other defectors in other countries.
Doesn’t really do much here where they are already trying to kill anyone in Ukraine they can, but he travels elsewhere he better be sure he has security involved.
Promoted to submarine.
