Iran says it has bombed wanted war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu’s office in Israel. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps are also claiming that they have attacked the Israeli air force headquarters.
Palestine Chronicle reported that:
According to Tasnim News Agency, the Public Relations office of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced that the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the location of the commander of the Israeli air force were attacked in what it described as “targeted and surprise attacks.”
The Times of Israel has reported that:
Israel says there were no injuries in the strikes.
And, Netanyahu’s office has dismissed Iran’s claims that the “fate” of the Israeli PM is unclear. As yet, details remain entirely unclear – Iran’s assertions have not been verified, nor has Netanyahu’s location.
At the weekend, Netanyahu – along with various co-criminal Western leaders – crowed about the assassination of Iranian leader Ali Khamenei and his family. It’s hard to argue that turnabout is not fair play. However, it will be no surprise to see Keir Starmer and other ‘leaders’ condemn Iran for ‘disproportionately’ retaliating for what Israel did to it – just as Starmer did on 1 March after the US and Israel slaughtered Iranian schoolchildren and bombed hospitals.

If they can’t get him, if he has left the country, it’s at least fair game to blow up all of his things. Give him nothing but a hole in the ground to return to if he ever comes back. It’s where he belongs.
He’s in Germany, but that means Germany is illegally harboring a war criminal and wherever he is is a valid military target, I hope they just hit him in Germany

I thought America taught the world already that harboring terrorists makes your entire country fair game for bombing.
I was genuinely confused and wondering who had bombed America. I forgot that our terrorists are different because they do it for profit.
Unfortunately, I don’t think Iran’s missile capabilities can reach the USA yet. For that, we’re back to:
Not really a “yet” thing, they’ve specifically chosen not to build ones that can hit the US even though they definitely could. The idea is that would just piss off the US.
Probably worth doing in retrospect
Compared to the investment in 9/11 v2, it’s probably the right trade-off. It clearly takes more than one to get past surface-to-air defenses, and I’d guess the volume tradeoffs for 1 that could hit the USA vs. many that could hit Netanyahu’s office are significant enough that being able to dominate the defenses that have been put in place locally is a far surer bet than something which would have many more times the interception possibilities en route to a much more distant target.
And what is Germany going to do about it, call daddy USA?
