I like government. We are stronger, smarter, and more capable than ever because of it. That being said; There are basically no good governments right now. Yes, some are worse than others, but they all fuck the “little people” over in favor of the ruling class. We are treated as an expendable resource. East vs West just keeps us fractured and weak even though we share a lot of core values.

Haha same thing happened to me. I was like, I agree with most of ya’ll about A, B, and C but not X and Y, China, and the Russia-Ukraine War. Then I started agreeing with X, too, then Y, a little with the China takes, and now I’m here memeing with ya’ll every day wishing death to America lol…
Genuine question: do you think you came around morally or did you flip purely from proximity and exposure? If Hexbear disappeared tomorrow and you switched to Reddit, do you think you’d shift to a lib in a year or two?
It’s hard to tell because I didn’t have the information and you need that to form the correct opinions, but even on Reddit I’d probably find some socialist subs. I’d probably be a bit more lib than I am now, though. Maybe a hasanabi head lol
