So most of that was personal exploration. After that I found this reddit post which is a catalogue of a lot of these flash creators. You could use The flashpoint archive to search, download, then play them offline with ruffle. Hope this helps! Maybe its a little more fantasy than you’re looking for but I love Heroforge. I use it to visualise my dnd characters but it could be good for avatars too.
