You should be fine then. But if you want to be extra safe you should turn off Apple Intelligence since it’s just Google Gemini under the hood. Your location could still be tracked by which cell towers you connect to, but that information is generally not available to data brokers.

It isn’t just Google Gemini under the hood I mean it is but I imagine Apple is running their own instance of it.
