Musk’s attorney asks him who Shivon Zilis is. Musk’s response: “Shivon was uh…my chief of staff. And uh, yeah. Uh, yeah.”
Musk’s attorney just tried this question again, presumably after conferring with Elon and telling him to be less weird about it. Elon Musk’s response: “We live together and she’s the mother of four of my children.”
I thought he was a super genius which is why he is allowed to work like 8 jobs and be the richest person in the world while you will get fired for being overemployed. How could a lowly lawyer pull one over on him?
It’s not about whether Musk could actually be fooled, it’s about the brazen injustice of an attorney trying to trick someone in a cross-examination.
