It’s interesting news, but the ability to reliably produce it at the hobbyist/DIY level is what’s crucial to me; otherwise, it might as well be any of the other widely available lab-grown vegan B12 sources.

The application is often called algaculture or algaeculture, but it’s micro in this case, so look for micro-algae.
