North Korea has rewritten its constitution to erase any goal of reunification with the South. The move locks in Pyongyang leader Kim Jong Un’s shift toward treating Seoul as a permanent adversary.



How’s this relevant for Europe though?
It’s the other conflict line between the two poles of the multipolar world. It’s an expression of how Korea judges the conflict that is also happening in Ukraine.
I think they signal that they expect that the war escalates and that the two Koreas will have to fight each other.
Na, by that perspectibe almost every global news would fit here. That’s too far out for this community.
